BrokerofAmerica.com is a national home search website that is sponsored by one broker from each MLS, and TopProducersClub.com is a national website that lists the top agents of those brokers. If you sign up as the exclusive “Broker of America” in your MLS, you will also be the only broker allowed to add agents to the “Top Producers Club”.
When you sign up as the local "Broker of America", you will also receive a state-of-the-art iHomefinder MLS/IDX home search that you can frame on your company website and all your agents can frame on their personal websites. Yet the cost of joining BrokerofAmerica.com and TopProducersClub.com is the same as purchasing the IDX solution by itself!
All of your agents may frame the IDX home search on their personal websites for free, but we recommend that you charge your ten top producers $15/month to be listed on the "Top Producers Club" in order to cover the cost of the service. In that way, your top producers get added exposure for a minimal fee and the whole office gets a free IDX solution.
